His films have competed in over twenty film festivals domestically, and one internationally. He has won seven awards within the music video category. Recently, Montauk Media won Best Music Video at the Ft. Lauderdale International Film Festival for Brightwood's "Swan Song", and was nominated for Best Music Video at the Great Lakes Independent Film Festival.
